Here are some questions that our clients and patients have frequently asked over the years.
What are your hours?
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday from 9-2. On Monday and Tuesday, we have extended hours to accommodate working women.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, or Mastercard for payments. All co-pays and deductibles are to be paid at the time of the visit. (This is required by most insurance carriers in their contracts.)
Will you file a claim with my insurance company or is that my responsibility?

Repetitive cancellations without proper notification may be subject to a $50 no-show charge.
