1. What are your hours? 

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  On Monday and Tuesday, we have extended hours to accommodate working women.

2. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept cash, checks, Visa, or Mastercard for payments. All co-pays and deductibles are to be paid at the time of the visit. (This is required by most insurance carriers in their contracts.)

3. Will you file a claim with my insurance company,
     or is that my responsibility? 

We will file your claim.

4. How are emergencies handled after hours?

 We are in a coverage group—a physician is available 24 hours a day.

6. Is the office wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

7. What is the age range of the patients you see? 

We see women of all ages, from adolescent to adult.

8. Are you seeing new patients? How soon can I be seen? 

Yes, we are accepting new patients. Office visits are available usually within a week for non-emergency care.

9. Where should I park?

Ample parking is available close to the building. 

10. Do I need money to park? 

There is no charge for parking.

11. What is your policy for releasing records? 

Copies of medical records are released with properly signed notification from our patients. Please note there is a fee for copying records.

12. Do you have a nurse on call if I have questions after I leave? 

During business hours nurses return calls as needed.

13. Do you charge for a "no-show?" 

Repetitive cancellations without proper notification may be subject to a $50 no-show charge.

14. What hospitals are you affiliated with? 

Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Anne’s Hospital.

15. Do I need to arrive early for my appointment? 

We do ask all new patients to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out necessary personal information and insurance information. However, by clicking here you may fill out the necessary information now to save yourself the time spent in our office. Fill out the questionnaire and send it to us by mail or fax, or bring it with you.

16. What insurance plans are you affiliated with? 

We are currently affiliated with the following plan providers:

  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MA
  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI
  • Tufts Health Plan
  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
  • MassHealth Boston Medical Center HealthNet
